We were thrilled to take on this gorgeous new build perched atop a cliff in Waiau Pa, with extensive views over the Awhitu Peninsula to Waitakere Ranges, around to Auckland City and across to Rangitoto Island.
In collaboration with the construction company – Build7 – and the client, Designer Sophia Cole was engaged to design everything from interior & exterior colour palettes, kitchen, bathroom & living spaces, a lighting design, and the fitting & hardware selection throughout the interior.
The result is a visually stunning home that absorbs the views and outdoor living, whilst reflecting the client’s laid-back personality.
