The Springs is a boutique development of ten luxury townhouses featuring large modern interiors, quality materials and fittings. Designer Andrea Burney created two sophisticated interior schemes including kitchen and bathroom designs for the discerning buyer. 

Reflecting the exterior specification also by Yellowfox, she contrasted the light and dark schemes to showcase the kitchens with Dezignatek and Bestwood veneer cabinetry by NZ Panels, Silestone benchtops by Cosentino, designer European handles by Archant, Bosch appliances by Premier Appliances, and further enhanced by the stunning timber plank tiled splashback by the Tile Warehouse.  Nature-inspired porcelain tiles were also chosen from the Tile Warehouse for the floor to ceiling bathroom tiles as a backdrop to the sleek St Michel vanities, mirrors & lighting, with Robertson tapware and Heirloom heated towel rails completing the opulent look.  The flooring throughout the apartments continues the luxurious feel with the plush Siren Ena carpet by Cavalier Bremworth, and oiled engineered timber floors by Creative Flooring. The finishing touches of the Iconic Anthracite electrical switchpoints from Schneider, along with the Schlage door handles by Allegion shows every detail has been thought through.

The modern forms of the painted Resene & coloursteel exteriors are marked by contrasting the light and dark cladding. Each unit is clearly defined by the change in roof line, with a play of horizontal and vertical powdercoated louvres in the façade.  A truly unique development.
