Modern meets classic in a seamless fusion of style in this new build in eastern Auckland. Dark tones intertwine with warm timber accents, infusing the space with an inviting ambiance from the moment you step inside.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen takes center stage, exuding sleek sophistication with its striking dark hues. Designed by Andrea Burney, the space is not just aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. A cleverly designed integrated pass-through servery using a Hettich sliding system seamlessly connects the main kitchen to a designated family cooking zone in the Scullery, ensuring a smooth flow of activity within the home. Concealed doors maintain the clean lines of the design, while continuity of materials such as Dekton Laos and Prime Melamine Fumed Oak & Baroque create visual harmony throughout the spaces, offering durable and practical solutions for everyday living. The Prime Baroque high pressure laminate of the servery benchtop matching the low pressure melamine surrounds was the perfect solution for this area.  From the elegant Archant handles to the Hettich Avantech You hardware and warm timber cabinetry internals, every detail has been meticulously chosen to enhance both form and function.

The fireplace/TV unit, grounded not only by the leathered Dekton Sirius but also adorned with the warm veins of Dekton Entzo, adds depth and character to the living space, while traditional touches like the turned leg vanity table and diamond-lay floor tiles by Tile Warehouse in the Master Ensuite exude timeless elegance & luxury. Completing the picture is the plush Belgotex Rockefeller carpeting, adding a luxurious feel to every step.

This is more than just a home - it's a testament to thoughtful design and the seamless integration of modern convenience with timeless style.
